Attorney James Allen Lee is one of the partners of Helms Robison & Lee, PA. He received his law degree from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2005. He graduated from North Carolina State with a bachelor’s degree in 1998, where he majored in Animal Science.
James Allen is licensed to practice in two states. He became a licensed North Carolina attorney in 2005, and later became a licensed South Carolina attorney in 2008. His main practice areas include Estate Planning, Estate and Probate Administration, and Business Law. He also practices Real Estate for commercial, residential, and agricultural clients.
James Allen is a Union County native and attended Monroe High School. Prior to becoming an attorney, he worked at Circle S Ranch, Inc. Once he became a licensed attorney in 2005, he began working for this law firm and its predecessors. He lives in rural Union County with his wife and two daughters. He enjoys horseback riding, hunting, cooking, and working on his farm.
James Allen is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association (Estate Planning, Fiduciary Law, and Real Property Sections), South Carolina State Bar, Union County Bar Association, former President of the 20B District Bar, current Vice-Chair of the Downtown Monroe Advisory Board, and Union County’s representative on the embattled Charlotte Douglas Airport Commission.
