Rebecca L. Robison

Rebecca L. Robison is one of the partners at Helms Robison & Lee, PA. She received her law degree from Capital University Law School in 1997. Prior to law school, Rebecca received her bachelor’s degree from the Ohio State University in 1994, and her associate’s degree from Saint Mary’s College in 1991.

Rebecca became a licensed North Carolina attorney in 1998, and began working as an Assistant District Attorney for the 20th Prosecutorial District, which at that time included Union, Stanly, Anson, and Richmond Counties. In 2001, Rebecca formed her own law office, Rebecca L. Robison, PA, where she practiced family and criminal law. Rebecca joined Helms Robison & Lee, PA as a partner in 2005.

Rebecca’s primary focus has been in the field of family law, and she became a North Carolina Board Certified Family Law Specialist in 2010. Additionally, in 2015 Rebecca became a NCDRC Certified Family Financial Mediator. She assists clients with Divorce, Child Custody, Child Support, Property Division, Post-Separation Support, Alimony, Separation Agreements, Domestic Violence, Adoptions, Grandparent Custody, Termination of Parental Rights, as well as other family law issues.

Rebecca is a member of the Union Academy Foundation, North Carolina State Bar, North Carolina Bar Association (Family Law Section), Union County Bar Association, and Union County Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Program. She grew up in Graham, North Carolina and now resides in Union County with her husband and three boys. She is actively involved in her church, Cub Scouts, and is a supporter of local non-profit agencies. Rebecca enjoys watching her boys play baseball, playing golf, traveling, and spending time with her family.
